Cape Town Gay Pride is governed by a Board of Directors appointed from and by the Gay and Lesbian community, see below:

• Executive Board members
• Non-executive Board Members
• Pride Festival Executive Committee
• Pride Events Comittees eg Pink Ball Committee, Red Party Committee
• Volunteers

As is the practice since 2006, it may on occasion employ a Festival Director charged with the daily running of the company within the principles of its constitution. Further working committees are elected to help the Board.
